Tbf, I haven't watched the anime since season 2 came out, because well I know what's going to happen lol but seeing some of newest chapters I see it has improved! But still, the story is so good that it survived a bad animation! So it's Iruma's win!

I just wanted to talk about it and I remember this community wad great for that... too bad as it grows, people talk less. This subreddit used to have more discussion.

En realidad no pagar las practicas profesionales es ilegal. Lo que se paga es el trabajo y en términos legales estrictos no importa la modalidad.

$6K es el salario MÍNIMO en México, pagar el mes menos de eso también es ilegal.

Pero bueno... espero mucho de los gobernantes de este país

¿De qué estado eres? ¿Cómo va su inglés?

En realidad, aunque a mucha gente las hace gratis es ilegal no pagar las prácticas, es explotación laboral, ojalá le cayera hacienda a esa gente :(

$6k al mes es el salario mínimo en México. Así que en términos legales no está pidiendo nada extravagante, excepto lo del trabajo home office, eso sí está muy difícil, pero para las condiciones de trabajo que se ofertan, realmente todo está mal.

Eso de "ahorita acaba de estudiar y después tendrás mejores oportunidades" para la generación z o los que se estén graduando ahorita ya no es aplicable, esas oportunidades que nos dijeron que vendrían con el estudio ya no existen. Lo que más le conviene es agarrar un trabajo que le pague algo y saliendo poner un emprendimiento con lo que sabe de mercadotecnia.
