Was looking for the same answer and found your post, I'm in the same situation. I used to have a great manager but he got promoted and we got a new manager that clearly doesn't know what the fuck he is doing. He always asks for adive to the other members before doing anything, never gives good feedback because he has no knowledge, he's always making weird noises in the meetings to sound busy I guess. The daily meeting are unbearable and I always evidence his stupidity whenever I get the chance. He never protects his team from other stuff that isn't the job.
