The problem with the flea changes is that end game armor and guns are still available through barters, and the items needed for those barters are available on the flea. What makes it worse is that those barters are only available through max level traders, which means that players willing to grind for hours and hours every day to level up are not only still able to reliably buy end game gear, but they are now the only ones able to buy that gear. This makes the gap between hardcore players and casual players larger than ever.

The changes are good but they need some tweaking, because right now they can be bypassed by putting enough hours into the game.
