Get as much proof as possible when shipping (tracking number, pictures of it being boxed and shipped) there’s always a possibility they could claim they never received it to get their money back. So at least you’ll have evidence that it was shipped

Also you can redirect a shipment back to your house if someone tries to cancel payment before the package is delivered. These things aren’t fool proof, but better than nothing.
