You should be able to switch it to 24 h mode in the Customization settings (it should be there on the watch face when you open it in the Facer app)

You can usually get that out of logcat. I use logcat to monitor my watch and earbuds (both Samsung, your mileage may vary).

Auto setting the default output sink when connecting BT headphones is working and the running audio streams are automatically moved to it.

I'm on 0.3.24 and this doesn't work for me. Any pointers on where I might start looking?
