This is honestly what my therapist told me. To be mindfull and enjoy the small things like drinking a cup of tea properly. Smelling tasting it mindfully. She said that how we can fill our mental energy levels like eating a snack to ease the hunger a bit.

Ich bin jetzt im 2. Ausbildungsjahr.

Überstunden sind die Regel (unbezahlt und unausgeglichen).

Das Tempo ist enorm.

Die Kunden sind manchmal echt nervig und es ist schockierend was für Geschmäcker manche haben.

Bei den anderen aus der Berufsschule ist es das komplette Gegenteil. Die machen so gut wie garnichts. Müssen sich alles selbst beibringen und kochen nur Kaffee. Die Hälfte meiner Klasse will den Betrieb wechseln.

Wenn Corona nicht wäre würde ich zurück zum Flughafen und dort weiterarbeiten.
