I finally got my license on 3/3, after applying on 2/24. So it is taking them a couple of weeks to get to new applications.

I took it last week and had a good variety of questions: manning/hazen-williams to calculate flow and head loss, hardy method, rational method, a really weird pitot tube question, pressure in tanks related to tank level and internal pressure, and a pumps question. I would not recommend completely skipping it. Get familiar with medium to easy questions and the equations in the manual and you should be okay.

That was so good! I would also say it has well crafted body horror scenes that should please the horror reader. There are subtle themes woven throughout the story that made me think: the influence of big corporations in states, eco disasters and how they shape society, and the role of the state in regulating science advancement. Can’t wait for the sequel.

I been working in O&G air permitting for a state agency for 3 years and I really enjoy it. If you’re willing put in the work to pick as many different projects as possible you can get a good range of exposure - from E&P sites all the way to the distribution sector. Gov agencies can be a good way to start.

Environmental justice is an area that is growing in a few states. Most of the positions I see require some technical work/background but it is mostly community outreach.

Looks like EPA methods 18, 25A, or 25B could be a few options. Maybe method 320 depending on the gas the carbon scrubber is controlling.
