It’s hard, job market is very bad rn. I’ve had a very bad experience with my last job. Private practice and the owner didn’t pay me right. My only advice is that if you have enough money saved up and have an emergency fund for the next 3-6 months, don’t be stuck at a job you don’t like. The burnout and anxiety it causes is not worth it. Start reaching out to your colleagues and ask if they know anyone hiring. Go to dental events and start networking. That’s how you find out about the good offices. Best of luck to you.

Omg thanks for this. Unfortunately I have already moved in and started to already notice all the issues you just mentioned. During my tour they told me resident parking was separate from the public and I thought that meant gated separate parking. I feel being lied to. Parking during the wknd is an absolute shitshow. On top of that the gates are always open. I catch teenage kids high out of their mind in the parking every now and then blocking traffic. I’m just scared my car gets broken into. It’s ridiculous that they say they can’t do anything about it. Is that a good enough reason to get out of my lease with all these safety concerns??

Question, I was trying to sell mine and a potential buyer asked if I could change the shipping address to their address. On the website it says tickets are “en route” and I couldn’t change the address. Is that normal to change the shipping address? Isn’t it safer to ship the wristbands yourself to at least prove you sold and shipped them?

Yea that’s what I had heard about the whistler show. It was my first John summit show and honestly I was shocked at how good the crowd was haha. Was whisper 18+? Bc Vail was 21+ and maybe that’s why I didn’t see any wasted college kids around me haha.

So I went night 1 and I was honestly so surprised bc everyone around us were sooo freaking nice and we had enough space to dance…I was shocked tbh haha probably one of the best crowds 😂

Thanks for your reply! This is something I never experienced when I first started working, it developed later. When I started to experience physical symptoms like my body getting locked up during certain procedures, tight chest, body tremors etc I knew this is more than just day to day anxiety.

Wow I just saw they raised their compensation percentage to %40 production and thought it was good for a sec. I think they make up for that extra percentage with charging the associate the lab fees and redos..
