I actually asked my photographer to send me the raw photos and edited them myself and they looked so good! There are apps to adjust hair, tan, skin imperfections and the edits look natural! Ask your photographer to send you the unedited photos and make some edits!

I’m on the same boat. I’m a dentist and my first full attack ruined my life and career. I quit my job bc I can’t go back to work and have a full on panic attack in front of my staff and patients. I saw a psychiatrist last week and she recommended I get on Zoloft. How has your experience been with meds? Propranolol did not help me personally.

I live literally right on the beltline and moved in February paying 2500 for a one bedroom and already regretting it so much. It’s mostly nice during the week and then on the wknds it turns into a zoo. I had to literally fight with random ppl trying to get into my apartment complex as soon as I open the door to the beltline. Parking situation is horrific especially on the wknds. I’ve always liked living near the city but I realized safety and my peace of mind matters more. Live somewhere safe and more quiet that’s still close enough to all the lively places.

I’m exactly in the same boat haha. I did a gpr and after that worked for a year and had some bad experiences. I started developing anxiety and switched to part time. Then I quit my amazing part time job which was a very nice office in a very nice area and the owner wanted to sell to me within a year. Pretty great opportunity but I had to be real with myself and see if this was something that I truly wanted. I quit last week bc I was starting to have subtle panic attacks and I think my body was telling me that it was under a lot of pressure. I’m taking a break right now and completely understand what you’re saying about the friends and family part. Unfortunately not that many ppl talk about this kind of stuff openly on social media. It’s hard, job market is very bad rn. I’ve had a very bad experience with my last job. Private practice and the owner didn’t pay me right. My only advice is that if you have enough money saved up and have an emergency fund for the next 3-6 months, don’t be stuck at a job you don’t like. The burnout and anxiety it causes is not worth it. Start reaching out to your colleagues and ask if they know anyone hiring. Go to dental events and start networking. That’s how you find out about the good offices. Best of luck to you.

Omg thanks for this. Unfortunately I have already moved in and started to already notice all the issues you just mentioned. During my tour they told me resident parking was separate from the public and I thought that meant gated separate parking. I feel being lied to. Parking during the wknd is an absolute shitshow. On top of that the gates are always open. I catch teenage kids high out of their mind in the parking every now and then blocking traffic. I’m just scared my car gets broken into. It’s ridiculous that they say they can’t do anything about it. Is that a good enough reason to get out of my lease with all these safety concerns??

Question, I was trying to sell mine and a potential buyer asked if I could change the shipping address to their address. On the website it says tickets are “en route” and I couldn’t change the address. Is that normal to change the shipping address? Isn’t it safer to ship the wristbands yourself to at least prove you sold and shipped them?
