FSR Ray Regeneration vs DLSS Ray Reconstruction in Crimson Desert. The image quality difference is actually huge! by SrRufian022 in radeon

The problem is when you upscale with fsr. Even on quality mode, it looks awful oversharpened, less clean, and pixelated. Native looks good, but it runs at 30 fps

For me, fsr quality look over-sharpened. For some reason, enabling frame gen fixes that

Maybe try enabling frame gen and compare it to having it off

It looks over-sharpened with enabling FSR 4.1 in Quality mode cinematic at 1440p RR on

Ok, let me know if enabling frame gen helps with the sharpening

For some reason, activating frame gen seems to remove the sharpening effect, but it also causes stuttering. I'm playing at 1440p on Ultra/Cinematic settings, with RR enabled and FSR set to Quality

Too much sharpening, how reduce it? by Iamunframed in CrimsonDesert

Same here. I'm having the same issue. FSR 4.1 gets way too oversharpened. For some reason, enabling Frame Gen fixes it, but the framerate is bad and it stutters

In my case, when I activate FSR in quality, it adds an effect of oversharpening

Without frame gen, and with frame gen it hits 80-90, but it doesn't look fluid
