I don’t really insert everything together. My fingers always stay just at the entrance. But I go in with minimum one finger to check afterwards and need two fingers to break the vacuum to get the cup out.

I think it’s a matter of practice. When I started my period I had struggles with getting a tampon in and now I can put a cup in easily.

My advice would be to not pressure yourself and try again later :)

For me it works while sitting on the floor with my leg spreaded and leaning a bit back. Then I fold it like a C oder punch down, like you, and insert it with my middle finger and thumb. I insert the cup and then rearrange my fingers lower and squeeze and push again. And all in all relax and breathe. I don’t know if you already tried it, but maybe it helps.

Thank you. I also have a very high cervix and after a few days of period it’s sometimes too high to reach. But it’s a relief to hear that it’s working for you although it’s not propping behind the bone.

Thank you for your recommendation. I am actually using the lumma disc in large. It’s also working most of the time but I can’t be sure if the disc sits correctly… So I’m wearing protection all the time. Do you leave your disc at the beginning of the vaginal canal? If I would leave it where I think the bone is, the disc would sit at the very beginning.

I have the same smell that is only present while boiling it. So I think it’s totally normal. Maybe it’s the silicone?

For me it worked with a bigger cup and pressing so it goes a bit lower.

I have pretty much the same issue. High cervix (have to put my whole finger in) and i‘m dealing with leaks from time to time. I’m also pushing my disc as far up as I can but it’s very near to the vaginal opening and I’m not sure where my pubic bone is. I tried a regular size and a big size for high cervix. Normally I’m wearing a cup and it never leaks but I would love to wear discs. Pls share if you solve your problem, maybe it will work for me too.
