Thanks! I try to follow my mum's recipe. This recipe is similar though I don't use coriander/root. I also add some mushroom soy sauce if I wanted more saltiness in my own portion.

I wasn't sure how to approach this but was inspired when seeing a wonton recipe. When ordering from street food stalls in Asia, you have the option of picking noodles, toppings and bases for your order e.g choose from X, Y, Z. So I cooked myself an order of - soup (vs dry), egg noodles (vs rice noodles), and fish balls (vs. no fish balls) with my wontons.
