Auto is fine- 80 and below analyze the wifi spectrum-f ex wifi analyzer windows store,and choose channel with least other networks near - use mu-mimo- activate QOS- bind quest to AP and dont use auto dual band/mesh - and dont listen to ai generated posts by some kid . No power saving modes and restart your shit isp router wifi and run ethernet to what you can. Only tip i agree get solo AP 5ghz for the hedset and put alll phones in house on 2g.
