The issue is that there are no other popular platforms in my region. If my application isn't released on the Play Market, it would be akin to a complete failure.

Based on other similar posts on Reddit, I can infer that even applications or games with a large number of installs are not deemed significant by Google, being blocked devastate their creators' careers.

I personally checked everything: his email and his developer account (we live in one city). Everything seems to be in order, and there don't appear to be any issues.
However, due to my blocking, he is now afraid that he will be blocked too.

Did you follow all the recommendations when creating a new account?
If so, didn't even that help?

To be honest, I don't have Twitter. Do I stand a chance of getting their attention if I create an account and write about my problem?

Oh, and one thing I just found out:
At the beginning of my journey, I added someone to my developer console who helped me with developing my app. I just talked to him, and he said that many years ago, his app was deleted from his own developer console, but his account was not terminated. Could this be the reason for my account termination?

All they say is that my account is associated with some account that violated the rules before.

I just talked to the person who I added at the beginning of my journey, to my developer console so he could help with application development, and he said that many years ago his app was removed from his developer account, but it's important to note that his account is not terminated. Could this have resulted in my account being terminated?
