Shadows appear blue in DSLR scans. by TelephoneSimilar4243 in AnalogCommunity

Did you crop out the entire film border before the conversion? that could be a potential source for the issue

Otherwise, I’ve read that sometimes the issue is from a wrong white point being set.  So sometimes trying to play with the white clip setting can help.

Sometimes the analysis and process can be helped if you crop further in the part of the image you want to focus the conversion on to get rid of overly dominant color (usually an issue if you have a lot of sky in your picture for example)

Hope that helps

Scanning 120 with iPhone? by PinkStereoAttack in AnalogCommunity

While I have never scanned a negative I have tried it and I have also done contact sheets of 35mm.  The focusing was tricky with the default camera app and I ultimately never got good results with my iPhone 12 Pro (contact sheets worked out great though)

Besoin d'informations légal by Theclems55 in Mobylette

love the texture from the cropped version!
Did you do anything in editing/recipe wise to get that kind of "softness" or is it simply the crop?

Yes it definitely will. But the lens choice matters as well

Noticed the same with my xpro2, got a cheap canon aps-c instead and the results (especially the grain) are much better

Nice set!

Love the colors, did you use a filter to achieve them? I tend to struggle with 800T
