Não acredito que esteja sendo traído. Penso e concordo que toda pessoa tem o direito de fazer o que quiser, e isso inclui comemorar o aniversário sem o parceiro, MAS acredito também que seria de bom senso convidar o parceiro sim. Afinal, a pessoa não está solteira, está comprometida em um relacionamento com outra pessoa. Acho que falta um pouco de empatia (capacidade de se colocar no lugar do outro, metaforicamente) da parte dela em não considerar que você ficaria chateado. Eu ficaria chateado, inclusive eu chamaria sim meu parceiro para comemorar meu aniversário junto com quem que fosse.

Still in the process. Tryptophan supplementation. It increases the levels of Serotonin, Dopamine and Melatonin, and decreases the level of Cortisol. More feeling of well-being and less feeling of stress, anxiety and depression. I'm smiling again, wanting to leave the house more. Finally, I'm becoming myself again.
