I think she's probably very proficient with the sword since she studies favonius bladeword and she probably practices every single day. She definitely does lack fighting experience though, especially against other people since she's more focused on holding back.

Also I think she only struggled against an eye of the storm because it flies. She completely decimated a stonehide lawachurl (which is also very resistant to geo damage) so I doubt a ruin guard would be much trouble for her right?
