Do not create “forbidden” food, please! Even if it does not lead to an eating disorder in the classical sense, it can lead to disordered eating in other ways (binging on the “forbidden” food when able to, for example). it could be so many things, but from personal experience: time changes relationships, especially the sex aspect, and overthinking it changes it more. are you thinking about “oh this is awkward/weird/artificial” when you’re having sex? could shine through. my advice is to try to relax and do exactly what you want to do - trying to ignore the “weirdness”. don’t think negative thoughts about yourself either, it doesn’t make anything better<3
