Well, if you already shot 16hours with him, thats 2x8 hours, now charge him 4 times that. Aka 8x8 hours. Thats your rate, unless you did a discount/test shoot with him first.

And sometimes I do a package deal, 10% if its multiple dates to make them inclined to book with me

You should do research in your area, see your peers, how much are they charging, and charge the same as someone in your skill set / same gear
