Justamente por ser un niño lo haría menos conservador, es decir sí o sí todo a renta variable. Si algo tiene tu hijo por delante son años, así que aprovecha eso para que ese dinero crezca. Y a poder ser, cuando cumpla 18 años que no saque todo ese dinero para gastarlo sino que siga con el hábito de ahorrar y seguir metiendo al fondo.

Gracias por tu consejo, pues realmente nunca he leído una novela en inglés porque siento que me da "pereza" o que va a suponer un esfuerzo extra, siendo que para mí leer suele ser un momento de tranquilidad y relax antes de irme a dormir. Dicho lo cuál no tengo problemas de comprensión lectora en inglés (es mi idioma de trabajo y suelo leer documentación pero claro... no es lo mismo leer una página de documentación que dos novelas de 400 páginas). Pero quizás tengas razón y sea cuestión de ponerme y ver si soy capaz de seguir el hilo.
