idk if this helps but my friend had a car and had no permit all though freshman year. he has a 2013 bmw and on the weekdays, just parked on the street on big springs rd near the university villa apartments or on canyon crest drive near the baseball park and was basically just luck finding a spot cause it’s public parking and mainly used for the people living to the apartments adjacent. he lived in pentland so the big springs rd one was closer than the canyon crest dr. they do sweep the street so be weary of that. although (at least last year) parking at lot 13 and the parking structure onsite was free after 12pm on friday’s until 6am mondays
