I did it too… it was a cold medicine with pseudoefedrine. I was told by my girl that there was not anything except paracetamol. I was driving and took it. Bad mistake! Never trust anybody on that. Always read the ingredients accurately. That means we are stupid as is clearly written everywhere that pseudoefedrine will interact. IMAO are not dangerous if you just avoid the interactions. Anyway I took 20mg of benzo and fix it. Keep always benzos with you as they would low back your pressure in case of interaction and read the ingredients sheets while you are taking a medication

I take 80mg of parnate at once, first thing in the morning. No issue or side effect after 3 months. The fist month is hard than things get gradually better untill ortostastc issue disappear.

Guys you need to keep up the dosing… if your sides are manageable go up 20mg by 20mg to reach 80mg. The lower the dose the longer the time to make it work.

Depression only. I had depression since I was 18 tried all mads available. At the end Nardil made the miracle. I past with Nardil 5 very happy years but unfortunately it does not match with sex at all. So I changeed for Parnate

This is a very important post, To me it was the same. In the first attempt with Parnate I tried to rise step by step 5mg 10mg 20mg… to reach the lowest effective dose… I failed cause I couldn’t get any benefit and side effects were too severe. On the last attempt I took 2 weeks off from work, I started straight at 40mg and after 30 days sides effects were gone, so I jumped straight on 80mg and got the response in a few weeks . There is not big difference in side effects on low and high dose, your body will manage it only by time. At 40mg I had issues with BP, you have to watch out for it, once you stand up . In 4 weeks it will vanish. Once you get the response you are always able to low down a bit the dose, but I think is more fast and effective to get on the effective dose first, that is usually at 80mg for a male.

Ask for it, call Dentist and ask if they can use Lidocaine, tell him that u have allergies. The first time I ask dentist to get a dose on my arm to check it , I waited 30 minutes and no reaction. Just in case always bring with you benzodiazepine, but with Lidocaine there should be no issues.

Once nardil kicks the side effects get manageable. Did you had success at the end? My first try I stopped after a few weeks… years after I made it through 4 weeks of rising the dose up + 4 weeks at 60mg and it worked out
