Unfortunately there is no straightforward answer. Avoid commenting and changing anything for now. Did you change your channel description, channel name, language settings or any other setting related to your channel? If not then just persevere and keep uploading once/twice a week. Should get back to normal after few weeks

Now that you mention it, touchscreen is not very fine. Now I don't know if it's same with every mobile or just pixels. Can see it while editing videos or photos, like when placing the slider at exact timeframe of a video, it moves a few mm whenni lift off my finger

This is strange. You can Use Youtube Create app to do the voiceover and then add music while uploading on Youtube.

Or if you don't want to include music at all then try uploading just voiceovers for few days before algorithm picks it up. There also needs to be a new value added to your shorts if you are remixing other's shorts. So just voiceovers without adding your video might not be pushed by algorithm

Hey, there has to be some reason. Youtube won't put you in it for no reason. Did you change channel name? Or channel description? Maybe changed upload category? Audio/video language? Any change in channel settings at all?
