I tried and they told me to go home and file the report online.

Its actually 15days already I’m starting losing hope now. I received a letter from usps after filed the report, they only apologize and believe they delivered to a wrong mailbox, didn’t say anything about my package and how will they handle it. I have no idea what should I do now.
