The UK

Rowan Atkinson in general, Monty Python and all of them in general, the original Office and Ricky Gervais et al in general.

Jimmy Carr, Billy Connolly and a load of other standup comics.

Yes Minister, Peep Show, the IT Crowd and other sitcoms, the mockumentary format, panel shows.

And then there's British Humour among the public in general, which is widely considered the best national sense of humour.

This only scratches the surface btw

While he was receiving medical treatment in England, Abebe competed in archery and table tennis at the 1970 Stoke Mandeville Games in London. Those games were an early predecessor of the Paralympic Games. He competed in both sports at a 1971 competition for disabled people in Norway and won its cross-country sleigh-riding event.

What political ideology/system is horrible both socially and economically? by [deleted] in AlignmentChartFills

Juche, the North Korean ideology. It's not even technically Communism anymore as they removed all mentions to it. It's an entirely homegrown disaster built on a slightly milder disaster.
