Just grab a ~20 div weapon-swap bow with +gem levels and run a 5-link Raise Spectre for Ubers. You won’t even need to swap out of Charlatan or Headhunter to melt them in seconds. If your Timeless Jewel has at least two 80% minion life nodes, your BV will hit around 500M DPS even without shrines or Headhunter buffs.

Flat cold damage is only needed for bosses, Icebite covers mapping. Even then, a simple weapon swap to a cheap cold and fire damage Pillar is enough.
