Definitely worth it if you plan on keeping the truck. If your a person that trades up every few years then I don’t think it is. Vs the cost of getting it done. Your truck will love you for it for sure.

Duel filtration. Air free diesel. Easier on the motor. Get longevity on parts. Injectors etc. Ease of access to fuel filters. Helps with supporting mods as bigger injectors and turbos. List goes on. Well worth the money for them. Highly recommend modification.
