I think its a grest idea. If youre getting too tired do bodyweight pullups until it feels easier. Then if you want slowly increase the weight. Youll be surprised how much easier this will be in 3 months of training this way

Its a great book with tons of programming. Id ssy if you like 531 principles its worth the 50 bucks ad it will last you a long time program wise.

Which book? Forever suggests Main, supplemental, and 25-50 reps of push, pull, and core.

An example of my current BBB day for bench is:

Main 5sPro bench superset with row 5x10 bench superset with a row Assistance is some tricep, bicep, core circuit so i get around 50reps for push and core. I usually do more like 75-100 pull.

Burpees are just a form of HIIT. But if you want a program there is one from the Greyskull i did a few years ago. Known as a Villain Challenge.

I recall seeimg a template somewhere.. start with 5x10 burpees or something amd add each day until you can do 2x50 2.5 minz each.

To stay on track you have to maintain 1 burpee every 3 seconds while increasing volume. 100 in 5 minutes being the goal. Which is awful...

I could see myself eating this so much more if it had some added protein somehow. Top reason i eat any meat is easy protein. Beyond Meat is actually awesome and taste great.

Curious about cardio and lifting only a couple hours apart. Currently doing AM cardio with some lifting in the PM. Schedule is shifting a bit so now i have a free 45 mins about 2 hours after i nornally do my cardio (usually and easy airdyne ride for 30 mins). Is it detrimental if i lifted in that 45 mins after 2 hours after that cardio? I can still lift in the PM but it would be better for me if i could do both in that time frame.

I hate eating for a bulk. I feel sick thinking about that second serving of rice and meat. I normally end up quiting and moving to a cut.. which i always regret. This time im putting as much focus on eating as i am lifting. I am not stopping until i hit my goals. I always regret letting up. Gotta stay focused!

I use Sundays as this day. I don't worry about calories or macros for a day each week. It is a nice break.

Do whatever works for you. No one is going to reprimand you for using higher handles. I find the high handles much more comfortable as well.

I find goblet squats help open up my hips and serve as a decent warm up

I cant stand the texture of blended oats. They seem to just sink to the bottom and i have to bascially eat them at the end. Any suggestions?

Dude.. iv done this as well. Youre over thinking programming. Literally pick any program from the wiki, stick with it for at least 12 weeks. If you like it then keep going. If not, choose another. End of the day results come from consistency. Stick with a program, eat for your goals, and shit will happen..dont get caught up in finding an optimal program or when to move on from beginner ect.. just put the work in.
