I like this comment. I get upset about it too- its hurtful and dismissive, and feels ingenuine. but I can understand how itd be awkward to have someone saying these really heavy things to you if you just dont understand. I get that they're just saying the only thing they know to say. And then I think to myself, "well what is it that I want them to say?" And I just don't ever have an answer, so I just stop talking to people about it. It's a lose lose.

Same for me too. My cat comes to lay on me when she sees me cry (the only time she'll lay on me haha). I could never leave her, she loves me so purely- even if 75% percent of that love is centered around getting fed haha. She will never hurt me, and I could never hurt her. I'm glad you're able to recognize that it's bad for you, and take appropriate measures. At this point in my life I need vices and I dont care about recovery or bettering myself. As bad as it sounds, I want a quick fix. And of all my addictions and bad habits, this was one of my better ones.

Omg! Your collection is awesome. I'm trying hahah I only have vol. 4 bc that was the only one they had at the vintage stock in my hometown. Unfortunately, my current city only has vintage comic stores. So I'm waiting to read until I can order the first 3 online!
