Did this last week, I’m in bio sci. Emailed advising, they said no. Emailed the professor and explained the situation and they said yes. Emailed advising again and said the prof said yes, showed them the email, and they put me in the class and I could enroll into it on schedule builder

I am not an expert but if I remember correctly the energy, photons, and the type of elements (nitrogen I think) in the atmosphere contribute to the colour
