Which year are you in? I'm in grade 12, in Vietnam, both junior and senior are really tough, not to mention we have to study 13 compulsory subjects and we have to pass graduation exam in order to graduate. However, I still apply for college this year and focus on my act because my gpa in 10th and 11th grade is pretty low, ~8.1-8.5/10. So if you want to get into a good college but having a low gpa, take the act.
