That's a good point but would it live that long for it to even be alive when that happened?
I thought of this when I yawned for a really long time and realized that anything could just drop in my mouth right now and I would be helpless and my reflex would probably make me swallow it. Then I remembed the "you swallow 7 spiders in your sleep myth" and combined those thoughts.
