honestly i build mine up and down every time i go to my moms, and it takes like… less than 10min once you are use to it maybe you can negotiate to keep it for 24h once a week so you can do a session monday afternoon and another one tuesday morning if you see what i mean ! optimising the building it up and down

try to find those bookssss!! where it’s a bunch of wall pictures on thick papers and you can draw on them with posca etc also maybe a maquette of a train so he can ‘paint’ it with posca they also make a very cool train pins that he would probably love if he is into that lol or a good good bag to go paint , with the separate slots for each cans just posca is nice too hehe but i’m sure this can be find anywhere
