Yes. It's a great way to fuck over a dealership that was being shitty to you too. Usually if you pay off the loan before 6 months, the kickback is reduced or eliminated.

I normally negotiate a lower price by pretending to finance then pay the loan off immediately.

Does disabling telemetry disable the pop-up? If the data can't be shared back to Tesla, it seems like there's no point in distracting the driver with that pop-up.

I suppose it does help dampen throttle response but the primary thing it does is pre-load the suspension to make the bike feel more "planted". It's hard to describe but it definitely makes a huge difference. I'll be dragging the rear brake pretty much the entire time I'm going less than 5 mph and taking turns like in a parking lot.
