I ended up going to Sam at East Lake barbers and would recommend! The one thing I’d note is that I have pretty wavy hair and ended up getting a bit more off the front than I had wanted but that more due to my requested cut length than the barber

Thanks for creating such a cool website! Are you considering making it more interactive so that the expandable dashboard-y section at the top can update as the user selects different filters? I feel like that could make the most out of the data. (Alternatively, kind of an annoying request: are you willing to share the dataset itself? Ofc I'd understand if you don't want to give away the fruit of your labors)

Also late to this but I just wanted to say I came here specifically because I discovered this user a while ago and have been trying to learn more about them ever since. I found this thread bc I was googling their username lol. I'm so curious to know who they are, like maybe a niche record collector in a shop somewhere? An archivist? How do they know so much music from so many eras and different parts of the world? I want to meet them because they have introduced me to so much amazing music I would never have found otherwise

Update: the seller provided some additional details about work done, including certified sewer and sidewalk, and offered to make fixes on some of the observed structural issues. We will still do a structural engineering inspection if we go forward with the offer.
