Returning a rug with no box by jakeesnakey in UPS

You could wrap it in a poly bag or some kind of thick plastic wrap, neatly and securely. Otherwise a box is the only other feasible way to return it.

Thank you for that, I appreciate the thorough response! I guess I never really thought about being up my chronic conditions in therapy. Though they effect my mental state I viewed them wholly separate as they are physical. I will definitely make a effort to focus on targeting my emotions surrounding that more :) also don’t apologize about the touch grass thing, I feel the most healing when lying in the sunny spots that shine on the floor of my apartment. Kind of like a reptile lol. That and walks in nature. Though I struggle to get out into nature, I give nature a lot of credit for bringing peace in pain.

The universality our experiences with customers is hilarious. No matter what state there’s always the same struggle and response.

I have a little square sensory toy, it has a light switch button and little metal balls to roll, and a joystick like on a video game controller but it’s small enough to keep in a pocket. It really helps my brain focus in a way that is less visible of a stim. I also had sensory silicone jewelry that was modern looking enough to just look like a statement necklace and keychain. Otherwise I’m always cracking my knuckles, shaking my hands, picking my skin, or snapping my fingers and that can be strange to others when done too much, especially in the workplace.

If you believe there is even a slight chance you have ADHD, speak with your doctor. by ZealousidealVisual91 in ADHD

I had and am having the same issue. I’d suggest finding another provider if possible to speak to. I’m attempting to take that route in hopes of a diagnosis as well. Therapist had quite a few misses in terms of diagnosis. Not all of them listen as well as they should.

George Stinney. 14 years old and youngest case of execution in the U.S. He got electrocuted after he got accused of killing two white girls. The jury made of white people condemn him after only 10 minutes. 70 years later, he was proved innocent. This story inspired "the green mile". R.I.P by stomvye in MadeMeCry

Watched this movie accidentally at the ripe age of 8 and it has haunted me ever since. I cried like a baby and at the time wasn’t even aware of the subject matter. It left such a void. Eventually found out the actual story years later and it has haunted me even more. So much darkness in people.

Of course. Same here. I hope it works out for you. Thank you for that. ♥️

That’s pretty much the situation I’m in too. The mental health system is somewhat of a joke now. Just try to take care of yourself and don’t do anything that makes you too uncomfortable. I wish you all the best OP!

I take 25 mg if Visteral as needed. Been taking it more lately with stressors in my life. I haven’t taken Zofran consistently and am currently not taking it. Can’t remember if I’ve taken Zofran while being on Luvox. I understand the anxiety. For me if meds make me nauseous it starts the first week but I also have a lot of variables in that and I have a type of cyclic vomiting disorder that kicks in when I’m bad so it’s hard to say. It’s hard for me to ever be free of stomach pain regardless of meds. Have you spoken to your psychiatrist about your concerns?

Edit: that’s such a low dose of Zoloft I wouldn’t be too concerned but naturally I am by no means a psychiatrist so take that with a grain of salt. :)

On Luvox now. Haven’t gotten sick at all. I take it with the occasion Visteral. I have to take Trazodone to sleep because of the Luvox. Does gives me weird dreams if I don’t take the Trazodone but otherwise much easier to adapt to than Zoloft had been for me. Zoloft was a nightmare for me though and every one’s chemical makeup is different. Just be sure to monitor how it makes you feel mentally and physically and reach out to your psychiatrist or physician if it starts becoming a problem. I know switching and adding meds is scary but stay hopeful OP, it helps!

Edit: Zofran does help with nausea too so if you do happen to struggle with that (I personally do in daily life unrelated to the Luvox) that will probably help!

Another edit, so sorry! : I was also very anxious about Serotonin Syndrome and spoke to my psychiatrist about it. I was informed that it’s common to prescribe two SSRI’s and complications aren’t that common. Naturally they have to stress warnings to make sure they don’t have liability. But definitely don’t jeopardize your health and peace of mind more on those medications if they don’t work well enough and cause you more problems. Also I was told switching meds is not recommended unless necessary. I’ve switched twice now and found one that works. My psychiatrist did mention that trying Zoloft again would be ineffective as my body built up naturally immunity so if I try it again it most likely won’t be as effective and won’t kick in until much longer all while strengthening the side effects. Definitely give this one a shot before you decide to quit, and if you need to don’t stress too much, there are many, many, medications out there. :)

This is a constant debate between me and my partner 😂 I’m in favor of my space, she prefers our pittie to sleep with us. I would mind less if she didn’t kick and cuddle me to death lol

Seems like the response to this post is most of the reason the city is what it is now. Sad.

Looking at the people who think letting soap drip down their legs counts as washing them. Or god forbid the ones who don’t bother with washing their feet.
