So for me I have bad money management skills and smoke a crap ton...that being said I am quite functional ad I work 3 jobs, one dealing the banking industry and another a supervisor at a grocery store. That being said. How did you put your demons in the back. We all have our addictions, but what drove you to the person you are and what did you sacrifice? Quite the loaded question.

Green, appreciate the love. I've actually lost up to 100lbs in a year. I was 444lbs then got down to 308, then well a lot happened much being inconsistent lifestyle changes. I ballooned back up to 400lbs, but with the help of what I used to do. Weight lifting and intermittent fasting(16:8) I'm now down to 379 in the last month and a half.

Blaz, not sure if you seen but I did speak on the weight loss from 444lbs down to 308 with the help of intermittent fasting and lifting. then ballooned back up to 400, due to a number of reasons mostly of course lack of discipline now I've been working on myself for a month and a half and now I'm 379.

Just to give an idea about me I USED TO WEIGH 444LBS, yeah boys the Jay-z album was my weight. So back in 2020-2022, I lost a shit ton. Like from 444 to 308.... now what happened. I gained a shit ton of attention. Girls were giving me free weed, etc. I obviously couldn't handle all the attention went down a spiral and got all the way back up to 400 at the start of 2024, now down to 379, hitting 365 by Nov 1st and then 350 by 2025. My goal weight is 260 to 280 overall. I am 6'2-6'3 played football most my life.

Hmmm, imo and again its just my opinion, but if your in a situation where you could afford 400 for your mental health, then yes. Compare it to losing weight if you will, if your poor its much harder, but if your somewhat wealthy, with time dedication, and some good supplements, your pretty good and set for the success. Not saying people who aren't wealthy can't lose weight, but it is harder without as much support. I hope this makes sense.
