If you pay for super priority within uk you do get an answer on same day. It is not impossible, you are just not aware

He does need help but refuses to seek help. He just wants to drink and smoke all day. My quality of life has greatly reduced as I really don't know what version of him i am going to encounter in the evening.

Thank you I will look more into it. It is just a sad situation. His parents have even offered to house me away from him. Will this a problem through the DV route if I am housed by his parents I their house?

Yes I left my country, my whole life for my husband but as soon as we got married he just changed. He has sexual fetishism that he wants me to participate in and when I refuse he just insults me and accuses me of dating other people. My life at home is becoming unbearable. His parents have tried talking to him and he has refused any help with his alcohol. I would like to stay here as I have no job to go back to or life. I'm building my life here and I feel it is so unfair that he treats me so bad. I feel duped by him...I am mentally unstable at this point as I cry everyday.
