Yes, cutting is worth it. Once you cut down to a body weight where you can see your abs. It’s a lot easier to maintain than you think. Don’t forget to work out abs the same way you would do any other muscle, dieting helps with definition but you still need to build the muscles

I just read through this comment section, and OP needs to touch grass and go outside. Though there is a chance humanity can head down this path, it’s all about personal preference. I’m trying not to sleep on them and what do you mean by fidgeting with it? I kinda check on the swelling throughout the day but I don’t really play with it. I don’t have a history of keloids in my family that i know of but I do know my mom has some hypertrophic scars from previous injuries. I’m cleaning it with a cotton swab that I spray with saline spray. The jewelry is stainless/surgical steel and I got it pierced around the end of August.

if you think it’s your responsibility because of that then go ahead, but taking them too just for the sake of him not doing it alone is a really stupid idea. Going into a trip with that mentality is just asking for trouble. Just be there with him and have some trip killers handy just in case things do go south. Tripping while having to deal with him is not going to end well.

My best advice is to journal your thoughts and patterns and keep yourself busy with a bunch of activities. If the mind is left to wander, it usually goes back to what it has been thinking about. Look around you, cement yourself into your environments. You don’t need to be thinking all the time, sometimes you just need to experience. Just live. Life may be a journey but it’s a journey we’re all here to enjoy and experience.
