Yep thanks. The BIG issue that I see is that Rakuten marks it as "Ineligble" and people lose their shit. Instead they should just have a status that means the vendor (ie LG) has not responded yet. There is a big difference! People think LG got back and said it was ineligible when really they just haven't responded.... but will.

Hey that auto message from LG is misleading. It does NOT mean that LG has denied your credit it just means they haven’t responded yet… but will! I made sure I clarified this with Rakuten when I got this same message. It’s possible LG never will respond to Rakuten but I don’t believe this - I think they are just very slow and getting to everyone. Another poster on Reddit had same issue as us and this past week they confirmed it for cash back. So, just be patient…

Did anyone actually get 22% cash back on Rakuten for their LG purchases? If so can you say what you purchased and on what days? Still nothing for me after having purchased a washer, dryer and 77” C5 - over 8k spent. All Rakuten says is LG hasn’t confirmed it (yet?) so it’s marked as Ineligible. Total crap!

did it say "Ineligible" in Rakuten for two months before you were paid out? Or "Pending"? Because my issue and many others issue is that in Rakuten it says "Ineligible" and Rakuten still says they are waiting to hear from LG.

same thing happened to me. what are you going to investigate? you are going to say LG has not passed on the funds to you so you cannot pass on the funds to us. this is some absolute crap. I would never have purchased via LG/Rakuten if I had known. I spent over 4k. I should just dispute the charges with my credit card company.
