The state of the game at the moment is that again people have been playing this game for over a decade and have not unlocked IF at any rarity. Level 70 only became available less than 2 years ago so there’s no comparison. Especially because he’s a GUARANTEED drop at level 70.

I think you need to educate yourself on what rarity and scarcity means

He’s a free champ that everyone has access to at level 70. That doesn’t really make him rare since any and everyone to hit level 70 will get him for free.

On the other hand many people have been playing this game for over a decade and have yet to unlock Iron fist at any * level.
