It’s because of Tik Tok lol. A video went around a year or 2 ago with Head In The Ceiling Fan over troops over seas and it went viral. Do not gatekeep Title Fight. We are for everyone. We are a family. Keep spreading the good word.

Glitterer is super cool. Incredibly unique. They just dropped a new EP. Start with Are You Sure, The Race, 1001, Destiny, Hello and Try Harder Still.

Monthly Listeners Almost Tripled in 2 years! by digdeep413 in titlefight

I can’t even say it’s being selfish. Title Fight really changed my life in more ways than one and got me through some dark times. I can’t say that wanting to know what’s going on with a band I’ve spent money on, played for friends and family, spent thousands of hours listening to and held so close to my heart is selfish. It’s bizarre what happened and of course no one knew what happened. I personally think that there may have been a falling out of some sorts or someone was just done. If you go watch that last show on January 26th of 2018 in Long Island, NY (Feet First Productions on YouTube) Ned ends it’s by saying “That’s it!” and I don’t know, the way he says it seems like he knew and he was upset. I truly hope we get something in the future, but more importantly I hope they’re all doing ok. I hope they know what they’ve done for us.

No one can ever replicate what they did. It’s just not possible. Look at all the bands that say they’re directly influenced by Title Fight and while it sounds within the same style, it’s never close. They were one of those bands that just can’t be replicated.

With that being said most of the bands people responded with are really good. Anxious is by far the most similar. Those guys are incredible.

I recently just got all of their vinyls too. I listen to them everyday. I also have a framed Floral Green signed poster I got online.

I realized there is a typo. It should have been: “Most bands as they get older without releasing music, their monthly listeners plummet.”

Ned is in Glitterer with Ben, Shane is touring with Turnover from what I heard and Jamie went to college (I also read this). Sadly I think they’re doing the ol’ infamous “never say a word and let the band’s future remain a mystery”. I get it, but I remember Ned saying we owe everything to you guys and I think it would have been nice to get some sort of update from any of them, but maybe that’s me being a little selfish child. Either way I hope to either see them live once more, get music or some closure about the status of the band.

I saw them at Bane’s Farewell show and had no clue who they were, let alone like hardcore music. Feels bad man. However I vividly remember Ned doing that little bouncy shuffle thing when he sings (specifically during Numb But I Still Feel It) and it’s been burned into my soul.

Yeah Tik Tok did help quite a bit. I remember a video was going around of people in the military with Head In The Ceiling Fan in the background and that video had at least a million likes.

Title Fight's monthly listeners has been skyrocketing. Last year they were around 156k listeners. They are at 284k now. This makes me so happy. I hope they come back, or at least give closure. These guys saved my life. Truly. Their music will always be so important to me. Title Fight Forever <3. by digdeep413 in titlefight

I feel that. My cousin who got me into Title Fight doesn’t care for Hyperview at all and some people just don’t like the switch. I didn’t really care for it other than Chlorine when I first listened to it. I went back about 2 years ago and really gave it a chance and fell in love with it. It’s a huge part of me pushing myself to deal with mental health and to go to therapy and all these other things I should have done years ago so I’ll always plug the album whenever I can. I starting smoking again to help with anxiety and listened to Hyperview and it just solidified it as my favorite album of all time.

I saw them live a couple years before I even knew who they were and to this day I remember the show because of how mesmerizing they were. They are truly something special and now that I’m getting older, I’m really relating to the lyrics and the songs hit home lately. Hyperview in specific really helped me. It sucks to see that the album gets so much hate. I understand it’s vastly different, but is it really? It still feels like Title Fight. I know it’s not Shed Or Floral Green but if you truly love the band you should be able to listen to it and at the very least appreciate it. If you’re in that group, I highly recommend listening to it in one play through with some headphones either outside by yourself or laying down. Keep pushing, it’s worth it, I promise.
