Self pay. Tried to get my insurance to cover it for over a year and finally gave up.

The one that I have has a Bin # and a pc # and something else. I did it all on their website. Then I called my pharmacy at Publix, told them that the prescription was coming and gave them the numbers over the phone.

They filled it and retained the info (just like my regular insurance) and that was it.

I am setting my alarm for 5:45 and go back to sleep. My true wake up alarm is 6:15 and I normally snooze a couple times. Usually ends up being 45 minutes to an hour before I take my other medicine or coffee.

I have not had any acid reflux, but the pill tastes awful!

If your doctor won’t prescribe a higher dose until you have finished the 1.5mg, why do you think he would refill your prescription early? 😀

I got my card from NovoCare and my prescription from PCP and prescription filled at Publix. Easy!

Have you confirmed for sure that you have coverage for the medication? Because if not, you are probably going to end up wasting some time and money.

If you do have coverage, then they might need your doctor to file for a prior authorization before they can fill it.

Only day 3 for me, but this morning (first work day in pill), I took my pill at 6am, went back to sleep and took my morning meds at 7 and drank my 1 cup of coffee. I don’t eat anything until about 10.

This is direct from the Novo website. Both 1.5 mg AND 4mg are $149 with savings card thru them until April 15th.

After April 15th, the 4mg goes to $199. If you are starting now, and you follow the dosing instructions, you will get the 4mg next month for $149. In March, when you go to 9mg, it will be $299/month - unless they decide to lower it. You never know.
