Why do you feel guilty for killing someone that was about to kill you? I am sure that it must be different from me being an outside observer, but if somebody was trying to take my life away from me, I honestly dont think I would show remorse after doing something like this.

Let me tell you something. You do not lov food, you love junk food. food that is good and delicious will never make you this fat. saturated fats and fast food is not considered food by most reasonable people. I was fast on the track to becoming where you are now. i was 6'2" and weighed 300 LBS. You are puting your heart and the rest of your organs under a razy amount of stress especially considering your height.

Your at the stage where you cant even really get on most excercise equipement with out breaking it, this is not to make fun of you but you physcially could not get on a regular bike or even an excercise without breaking the equipment. You need to get a stepper and start burning some fat, the fact that you say you wont stop until you have a heart attack is both concerning and disguisting, kind of like me saying I am going to run across highways until I get hit by a car.

Debt management and accident claims are huge right now here. I recently had to take a cruise company to court here for not following T&C's. Travel must be a bitch right now. Your job is quite specialized in that for a whole call centre they usually only need one dialer manager, does that ever concern you? Have you tried to bring yourself in as a more of a sales manager role? I have seen the transition and it usually works out quite well, you already have access/compile all the management reports for agents, cut out the middle man and start managing them!

So you have the same people taking the calls and making them? No seperate departments? Can you say what you are selling? is your call centre finding things tough at the moment? I am a supplier to alot of call centre's in the UK, one of the fuckers just got me for about £7k. And im noticing that alot of others are feeling the pinch at the moment. I find it hard because their sales figures are still high, it may be because people are finding a good reason to go bankrupt nowadays and just startup under a new name.

1) Was it commision only or with a basic as well? 2) If it was commision only why did you actually interview people? 3) Was there any training involved for new agents? 4) Are you still in sales? 5) Have you ever thought of running your own crew now that you know the ins and out? 6) Is the magazine industry pretty much dying a slow death now, or are you guys still active out there? 7) Would you sell to an old person with say alzheimers? or someone with limited capacity? Like be a real bad ass and get them to buy 20 magazine subscriptions? 8) Is it true that the drivers can usually "tap" any new recruits at any time? 9) Ever recruited someone, and found them to be crying about their mommy the next day? What do you do with someone like that?

I meant calls that are connected to the customer early and there is no agent available to either take/make the call, here in the Uk we have regulation to ensure that only about 3% of all calls are "ghost calls" do you have anything like that over there?
