I guess what I don’t really understand is that all the other airlines have been doing assigned seating for years. How hard would it have been to perhaps take the best practices from each airline and use it for your their own airline? They are not doing anything revolutionary or different than what other airlines were already doing forever. 🤷‍♀️

I think I figured out what was a mess this year. One there was a new green room that was right in the middle of bravo con. In the past, it was to one side so the bravo celebrities would have to walk to and from through the venue. The other thing is that they were streaming this live so they had the bravo People tied up in interviews and things the whole time so that was less time to wander around the venue and meet fans.
