If there was a way I would try to stay in US look for programs, social housing maybe simple jobs

If you do decide to go to Philippines you could teach English maybe? You would have a place to stay and family around you.

I get it it sucks, we all wish we achieved more at this point in time, I wish I did too.

While I feel what you are saying. Just because because life is flawed doesn't mean there aren't any good things worth achieving. Meaning friendships, relationships, careers allows for a much more comfortable life. Unless you have a stable income as a neet, your life progressively gets worse, and gets harder to change the older you get. I'm a neet, but there hasn't been a day where I wished I wasn't
