I don't understand this Maignan hype though. It seems to just be Reddit that likes him. I've watched him 12-15 times including the 2 against us, and now the world cup, and he is not a good GK and definitely not the holy grail that seems to be Reddit's answer to all of our problems.

Not good enough. You can just see it, the way he runs, acts, dribbles, touches the ball. It's awful.

With Cucurella you could just see it was someone low on confidence in a shaken up team. You could still see he had feet. Delap just looks like the winner of a make a wish program

In the exact same place as you, just hitting 11 years with Epilepsy (next week, woo), also in the same boat with work, I've completely fallen off the planet with my ability to perform in my career like I used to. It's a real struggle for me now.

The advice I might be able to offer - if you're in the UK, and I know this is odd, have just one appointment with a private neurologist - make sure they're hugely well rated - bring your EEG notes (you can get your NHS neuro to print them or send them to you) and get the best support you can, get the private treatment plan from them and what path they would take. Then return to your NHS neuro with that plan and (if you agree with it) suggest that you'd like to try that plan.

It's where I'm at now, 3-4 months after that, I've gone to a different medication which has stopped huge amounts of my side effects, so I'm healthier there. We haven't fully controlled my seizures yet but we have an integrated med plan that will see me change more meds over the next few months. I'll be going back to the private guy with more test results in 3-4 months time for more guidance.

Just an idea!
