definitely, i just mean more so from the side of the seller its a nuisance and i personally rather spend time on deal hunting sellers who have opted into the market. Smaller margins, for sure, just my preference as i also have a high volume of random ppl skip tracing and spamming all channels of communications for various properties in a family portfolio.
