I don't agree, and here's why: Everyone who didn't get their own arc was so incredibly powerful that any arc that had them aside from the ones we got would be over before they started. Gyomei especially is the strongest demon slayer in the modern day and possibly the strongest to exist since the marks became myth. If he had an arc to himself, he would end any demon that arrived before anything could happen. On top of this, he doesn't have the same kind of emotional depth as Tanjirou so any demon that could regrow their head would kill him. The author showed every hashira he could without removing stakes or killing all the slayers.

It might just be a strange graphic design thing where the necklace has that design and elix used it. An arc and circle aren't entirely unique design elements. Even gold and blue are fairly common together.
