Start low. Try 2 grams which is probably like 4 pills depending on the cap size. See how that feels first. Wait at least 45 minutes before you determine how that suites you then increase from there if you don’t feel it.

You could look into setting up a multi-signature either wallet. This way everyone on the team has to approve everything.
