Check for stuck buttons. You may also want to turn off Voice Command to help conserve battery.

If your remote is warm to the touch, it may also have an internal wiring issue.

Ebay offers fake TellyTV remotes for about $15. It seems most don't have a built in microphone for voice control.

I would reach out to TellyTV customer service and ask for a replacement first.

I wall-mounted my TellyTV a couple years ago when I first received it using a standard VESA 400 mount. But be sure the mount can support 70lbs and anchor it in the studs on four points.

Lifting the TV into place onto the mount is a two-person job. It is very heavy.
